Du Roque, a Brownsburg-Chatham, Quebec-based electricity specialist, filed a proposal on January 5, listing $101.7M in liabilities. The company attributes its financial difficulties to a slowdown in activity, combined with a legal action initiated against it by Dubo Électrique. In recent months, the company's administrator has been unable to address these problems for mental health reasons. MNP is the proposal trustee.
