Done Deal - Ontario Court finds unsigned contract enforceable against foreign corporation

Andrew Kalamut, Kyle McMillan and Sarah Xu of McCarthys caution that binding and enforceable agreements can be formed in the absence of signatures on the execution version of a contract, warning parties that their language in meetings and email exchanges could unknowingly bind them to a contract.
