Dhanoa Ventures, a Hamilton, Ontario-based operator of a Motel 6 in Saskatchewan, was placed in receivership on January 12 on application by Affinity Credit Union. MNP was appointed receiver. Counsel is Gerrand Rath Johnson for the company and Leland Kimpinski for the applicant.
