D & D Catering Limited - Sale Process

MNP Ltd., in its capacity as the Proposal Trustee of D & D Catering Limited, is inviting interested parties to submit a non-binding letter of intent expressing interest in acquiring either, or both, of the properties located at 130 and 6 Ventura Drive, Debert, Nova Scotia, or providing an investment or financing solution in respect of the company. The properties are located approximately 12 kilometres from the town of Truro.

130 Ventura Drive contains a 40,500 square foot main building that was originally constructed in the 1970’s as part of the Canadian Armed Forces Base of Debert. The main building boasts 60 bedrooms, administration offices, conference and dining rooms, amongst other amenities. 130 Ventura Drive also features a 3,000 square foot lodge that has been completely rebuilt over the past six to eight years, which contains an additional 14 bedrooms.

6 Ventura Drive contains a 1,072 square foot building that was originally constructed in the 1950’s and renovated over the past few years. The building features a fully equipped kitchen with appliances, a fully furnished living and dining area, three bedrooms, and a bathroom complete with a washer and dryer.
