Kibben Jackson, Glen Nesbitt and Rebecca Barclay Nguinambaye of Fasken share that changes are on the horizon for enforcing money judgments in BC, given a new law coming into effect in 2025 that will make it easier for judgment creditors to collect on their judgments and more difficult for judgment debtors to obtain credit.
