Ernst & Young Inc., in its capacity as Court appointed receiver (the “Receiver’) of Coastal Shell Products Inc. (“Coastal” or the “Company”) is soliciting tenders for the purchase of the real and personal property (collectively, the “Property”) of the Company located in Richibucto, New Brunswick.  The Property is comprised of land and buildings, shell processing equipment and rolling stock (i.e. vehicles) located at 65 Morgan St, Richibucto New Brunswick.  The deadline to submit tenders is 23 July 2025 at 12:00pm Atlantic Standard Time.  A copy of the Tender Information Package can be found here: www.ey.com/ca/coastalshellproducts.
