Ernst & Young Inc., in its capacity as Court appointed receiver (the “Receiver’) of Central Garage Limited (“Central Garage”), CGL Auto Inc. (“CGL”) and 613586 NB Ltd. (“613586”) (collectively the “Company”) is soliciting tenders for the purchase of the real and personal property (the “Property”) of the Company located in Atholville, New Brunswick.  The Property is comprised of two (2) car dealerships, formerly operating as a Kia and a Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram, one (1) residential property, one (1) former church, five (5) vacant land lots, one (1) vacant paved lot, twenty-nine (29) new and used vehicles and various pieces of equipment, parts inventory and tires.  The deadline to submit tenders is 23 July 2025 at 12:00pm Atlantic Standard Time.  A copy of the Tender Information Package can be found here: www.ey.com/ca/centralgarage.  Interested parties should contact Niamh Fraser at [email protected] or 1-902-421-6254.
