In the matter of the Companies’ Creditors Arrangement Act (the “CCAA”), R.S.C. 1985, c. C-36, as amended, and in the matter of the Canada Business Corporations Act, R.S.C. 1985 c. C-44, and the Business Corporations Act, S.B.C. 2002, c.57 and in the matter of a plan of compromise or arrangement of Mercy Falls BC Inc. (the “Company”)

NOTICE TO CREDITORS 

NOTICE is hereby given that on May 16, 2025, the Company sought and obtained an initial order (the “Initial Order”) pursuant to the CCAA, under Court No. S-253718 from the Supreme Court of British Columbia Vancouver Registry. Pursuant to the Initial Order, MNP Ltd. (the “Monitor”) was appointed as the court-appointed monitor of the Company. This notice is provided in accordance with paragraph 39 of the Initial Order and Section 23(1)(a) of the CCAA.
