PricewaterhouseCoopers Inc., acting as the Court-appointed Receiver, is overseeing a Sale and Investment Solicitation Process (SISP) in collaboration with PricewaterhouseCoopers Corporate Finance Inc. (the “SISP Advisor”) for two interconnected buildings located at 5970 and 5980–5990 chemin de la Côte-des-Neiges, Montréal, QC, at the corner of Linton Avenue and Côte-des-Neiges Road.
The properties consist of two-storey buildings with basements, spanning approximately 14,580 square feet, and are zoned for mixed-use commercial and residential purposes. Situated in a high-density area with excellent public transit access, the buildings offer flexible configurations suitable for a wide range of office or commercial uses. The buildings have a total appraised value of $8.3M.
