(collectively the "Companies") has engaged NAI Commercial Real Estate Inc. ("NAI") to solicit offers to purchase the property located at 4814 - 56 Street, Wetaskiwin, Alberta (the "Property"). The Property includes 1.81 AC± of land as well as a two-story, 23,299 SF± hotel facility with 29 suites currently operated as the Travelodge by Windham Wetaskiwin, as well as a liquor store, both operated by the Companies.
