Block 80, Bellisle Heights, 61 Thompsons Road, Penetanguishene, Ontario, the site of a residential apartment building with 18 units owned by Block 80 Holdings Inc., was placed in receivership on July 8 on application by First Source Financial Management Inc., owed over $6 million.

Block 80 has failed to repay the loan despite having been granted a number of extensions to the maturity date.

TDB is the receiver.
