Offers must be received by the Trustee in the Trustee’s prescribed offer form along with the required deposit by no later than 5:00 p.m. (Toronto time) on January 24, 2025. Please note that the completion of any sale of the Miners is subject to approval by the estate inspectors and/or the Court.
