(“Antler Creek” or the “Company”) is conducting a sale and investment solicitation process (“SISP”) for the shares or assets of Antler Creek. Antler Creek is a logging company based in Terrace, British Columbia, and provides high-quality, reliable services across the Skeena region and remote northern BC areas. The Company specializes in full-phase logging operations, including timber harvesting, road construction, and hauling services. Interested parties are encouraged to execute a non-disclosure agreement for access to additional information.
