AMCO FARMS INC. and AMCO PRODUCE INC.

On August 22, 2025, AMCO Farms Inc. and AMCO Produce Inc. (collectively “AMCO”) — a producer and marketer of agricultural products including tomatoes, cucumbers, peppers and a variety of specialty produce — sought and obtained creditor protection under the Companies’ Creditors Arrangement Act, and PricewaterhouseCoopers Inc., LIT was appointed as Monitor.

Following consultation with the Monitor, AMCO is soliciting expressions of interest in some or all of the business and/or assets as a going concern or otherwise. The deadline for submitting a letter of intent is 4:00 pm EST on October 15, 2025.
