Acora Acoustics Corporation – Notice to Creditors and Invitation to Submit Offers

Albert Gelman Inc., in its capacity as Court-Appointed Receiver of Acora Acoustics Corporation ("Acora"), invites written offers to purchase the assets of Acora. Acora is a Canadian manufacturer of ultra-premium high-end loudspeakers, recognized for its proprietary granite enclosure speaker systems and products serving the luxury audio market. The business operated from leased premises in Etobicoke, Ontario and developed an internationally recognized brand within the high-fidelity audio industry. Acora has established a reputation for exceptional craftsmanship and acoustic performance.

Interested parties may submit offers to acquire all of the assets of the Company. All offers will be considered on an individual basis as and when received and must be submitted no later than October 9 at 5PM (EST). Access to detailed due diligence materials will be provided upon execution of a confidentiality agreement.
