3816410 Manitoba Ltd. o/a Berg’s Trailers & Prep and Paint, a Winkler-Manitoba designer, manufacturer and vendor of trailers, was placed in receivership on May 25, on application by BMO, owed over $2 million. The company has committed various events of default under the credit facilities and subsequent forbearance arrangements. Deloitte was appointed Receiver, represented by Pitblado. MLT Aikins is counsel for BMO and Thompson Dorfman Sweatman is counsel for the company.
