Crowe Soberman Inc, in its capacity as Monitor of 2690044 Ontario Inc. (the “Company”) in the proceedings under the CCAA, is conducting a sale and investment solicitation process (“SISP”) for the Company’s business and assets. The Company is a Licensed Cannabis Producer specializing in the production and distribution of legacy cannabis products under Florists and Common Ground brand. The Company holds a Health Canada processing and distribution license, authorizing it to sell in Ontario, Alberta, British Columbia, and Saskatchewan. All bids, must be submitted to the Monitor by no later than 5:00PM (EST) on September 24, 2025.
