2538983 Ontario Inc., Receivership

2538983 Ontario Inc., the owner of a property located in Kawartha Lake, Ontario which includes a newly built gas station, a convenience store and a Tim Hortons restaurant with a drive through, was placed in receivership on June 21, on application by a syndicate of investors who loaned funds to the company through C & K Mortgage Services Inc. operating as Rescom Capital, the mortgage administrator. They are currently owed over $6.4 million.

Rosen Golderg is the receiver.
