(the “Debtors”) is soliciting offers for the for the business and real property owned by the Debtors including the real property known municipally as 177-185 Cross Avenue, Oakville, ON and 580 Argus Road, Oakville, ON (the “Real Property”). The Real Property currently has two-single story, multi tenant retail buildings with eight tenants and one single-story commercial building with a day care center. The Debtors were planning a large-scale, mixed-use condominium project consisting of four towers with 1895 condominium units.
