1731861 Ontario Inc. operating as Plasticap, a Richmond Hill, Ontario-based manufacturer of specialty caps and closures for a number of vertical markets, was placed in receivership on May 23, on application by RBC, owed approximately $1.3 million. The company defaulted on its reporting obligations to RBC and failed to repay the loan on demand. msi Spergel inc. was appointed Receiver. TGF is counsel for the receiver.
