MNP Ltd. in its capacity as court appointed Receiver of certain property of Luxor Land Ltd. and Mesa West Capital Corp. (collectively, the “Companies”) in conjunction with Jones Lang LaSalle Real Estate Services, Inc. (“JLL”) as the marketing agent will conduct a sale and investment solicitation process in respect of the operations, property, assets and undertakings of certain assets of the Companies.

The offering includes:

• Real property located at 10008 & 10010-109 Street NW, Edmonton (Plan: 0821851; Block 9, Lot 58A). 48,583 square foot mixed-use redevelopment site that includes two vacant buildings, currently used as a parking lot. Zoned commercial mixed use.

• Real property located at 10910-100 Avenue & 10921 Jasper Avenue NW, Edmonton (Plan: B; Block 9, Lots 42, 43). 17,675 square foot mixed-use redevelopment site currently used as a parking lot. Zoned commercial/parks and services.
