1000047506 Ontario Inc., which operated a gas station and convenience store in Kawartha Lakes, Ontario, was placed into receivership on June 17 on application by BMO, owed approximately $2.7 million.

BMO extended credit facilities to the company in 2023, and the loans have been in default since early 2025 when the company ceased operations.

Goldhar & Associates is the receiver.
