Les Entreprises en Électricité Gavin Inc., a Dorval, Québec-based electrical company, filed an NOI on February 27. The company stated that the last few months have been difficult due to the rapid growth of the business and the lack of adequate financing. The company was ultimately unable to find adequate financing to accommodate its growth, and filed an NOI. MNP is the Proposal Trustee. Fasken is counsel for the company.
