Integrated Life Care (McLennan) Inc. and Integrated Life Care Inc., which operate the Manoir Du Lac long-term care facility for seniors based in McLennan, Alberta, were placed in receivership on November 29, on application by BMO, owed approximately $16 million. EY was appointed receiver. Counsel is McCarthy Tétrault for BMO, Reynolds Mirth Richards & Farmer for the companies and BLG for the receiver.
