Atlantic Oriental Wholesale (AOW) Incorporated

Deloitte Restructuring Inc. in its capacity as receiver of Atlantic Oriental Wholesale (AOW) Incorporated (“AOW”) is commencing a Court-approved sale and investment solicitation process for the purpose of soliciting proposals to purchase the assets (the “Property”) of AOW.

The Property includes, but is not limited to, three separate buildings with lobster holding tanks, a water cooling/chilling building (built in 2022), an office and storage building (the “Lobster Holding Facility”); diesel generators; moveable equipment (i.e., pallet jacks, wooden pallets, office equipment); a fish buyers license and fish processors license (includes groundfish, shellfish, and aquaculture products, fresh/frozen processing methods); vehicles; and a multi-unit rental property (located at 70 Seal Point Road, Upper Port La Tour, NS B0W 3N0). The Lobster Holding Facility is situated in the middle of lobster fishing zones 33 and 34, which provides ample procurement opportunities from local fishers.
