EY, in its capacity as Receiver of Action, is currently seeking offers to purchase or sale proposals in relation to Action’s two buildings and personal property.  The buildings are located at 6810 – 50 Street NW and 9231 – 50 Street NW, Edmonton, Alberta.  The buildings are 57,593 sq ft and 5,747 sq ft. The deadline for submissions is currently set for April 30, 2024 at 4:00 PM (MDT).
